Suggestion #1:
HOMEMADE OATMEAL WITH APPLE AND CINNAMON
Ingredients:
- 30g FUN&FIT oats
- 50-100ml milk
- 1 egg
- Grated apple
- A handful of dried grapes
- A handful of finely chopped walnuts
- A pinch of cinnamon
In a small pot, heat a little water, then add the oats and egg. Cook the mixture over low heat until it reaches a pudding-like texture. Once the egg is cooked, add the milk, grated apple, and dried grapes.
