Perfect summer meals with granola

Granola is crunchy muesli, which is not only delicious, but also healthy. For breakfast, it can be combined with milk, Greek yogurt, kefir, skyr, almond, coconut or soy milk and soy or coconut yogurt. Also, with the help of granola you can enrich and make an even tastier smoothie or parfait. What many do not know is that granola is a perfect addition to salads, it is ideal for making treats, energy bars, can serve as an alternative for bread crumbs, frosting creamy cakes or as a healthy snack. You can combine granola with almost any dish, which is why I will give you some recipes below for perfect meals that you can make with the help of Fun&Fit Granola.

Green salad mix with GRANOLA NUTS

 

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of GRANOLA NUTS, baby spinach, rocket, cornsalad, iceberg salad, Skyr or Greek yogurt as dressing, cleaned pomegranate, lemon and salt.

Instruction:

Wash the iceberg lettuce leaves, squeeze them and tear them with your hand into larger pieces and place in a deeper salad bowl. Wash the rocket, baby spinach and cornsalad, then squeeze everything and cover the iceberg salad. When it comes to pomegranate, the simplest thing is to buy already cleaned, if you decide to clean it yourself, you need to cut it in half and with it facing the palm over the salad bowl, hit it with a spoon until all the grains fall into the bowl! Sprinkle the pomegranate over the salads in the bowl.

For dressing, you need to pour skyr or Greek yogurt into a small container, and then add salt, a tablespoon of lemon juice, olive oil and mix everything well at your preference. After this, pour the vegetables with dressing and stir the salad. Sprinkle 2 to 3 tablespoons of NUTS GRANOLA over the salad and put everything in the fridge. After 2 hours your meal will be ready, enjoy. 😊

Protein salad with cheese, mushrooms and GRANOLA NUTS

 

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of GRANOLA NUTS, lettuce, oyster mushroom, feta cheese and salad dressing.

Instruction:

Wash the oyster mushroom and cut it into thin long sticks. Pour olive oil into a pan, then add the chopped oyster mushroom and fry it for a couple of minutes, until it turns brown and crispy, then take it out on paper to drain and cool. Wash the lettuce and cut it into long sticks, and the feta cheese into cubes.

For salad dressing, you need to mix olive oil, wine vinegar or lemon juice, salt, honey, and mix everything well, until it becomes a homogeneous mass.

After this, in a large bowl, throw in the lettuce, chilled sticks of the oyster mushroom and soak everything with salad dressing and lightly stir. Sprinkle feta cubes, GRANOLA NUTS over the prepared salad and your meal is ready.

Breakfast with red fruit and GRANOLA NUTS or GRANOLA PEANUT BUTTER

 

Ingredients:

GRANOLA NUTS OR PEANUT BUTTER, half a cup of forest fruit mix (blackberry, raspberry, blueberry), fresh or frozen fruit, kefir, or Greek yogurt

Instruction:

Divide the bowl into three parts, place fruit in one, granola in the other, and yogurt or kefir in the third, and mix everything before eating so that your breakfast is crispy and tasty. Enjoy. 😊

Vitamin bomb enriched with GRANOLA PEANUT BUTTER

 

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of GRANOLA PEANUT BUTTER, apple, carrot, celery or white radish

For dressing:

A teaspoon of honey, a tablespoon of lemon, a tablespoon of water, a tablespoon of olive oil, a pinch of salt

Instruction:

Wash and clean the fruits and vegetables, grate the carrots and celery, and chop the apple into thin sticks. When it comes to dressing, you need to mix all the ingredients in a small jar, cover it and vigorously mix until all the ingredients are combined. Mix the ingredients with the dressing, sprinkle all with granola and enjoy your healthy meal.
