3 very ripe bananas
1/3 cup honey
2 eggs
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 cup oat flour (ground Fun&Fit oats)
1 cup small Fun&Fit oats
1 cup soft spelt flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking powder

Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

LUNCH – YUHOR MEATBALLS WITH OATS AND BEEF

Ingredients for Meatballs:
½ kg ground YUHOR beef
1 egg
1 small onion
2-3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 heaping tablespoon parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dry spices
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup soft Fun&Fit oats

Side Dish:
ABC cooked rice or wheat

Tomato Sauce:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion
3 garlic cloves
700g canned diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Parsley, basil
Spring onions – for garnish

SNACK – CHIA PUDDING WITH ORANGE AND FUN&FIT GRANOLA

20 tablespoons chia seeds
Juice of 4 oranges
2 cups oat milk
8 tablespoons agave syrup
2 oranges (peeled and cut into pieces)
1.5 cups Fun&Fit orange granola

DINNER – SALAD WITH ABC WHOLE GRAIN RICE

2 cups cooked ABC whole grain rice
2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
1 cup chopped black olives
4 boiled eggs
Chopped fresh parsley

Dressing:
10 tablespoons olive oil
3 teaspoons mustard
3 tablespoons honey
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
