That’s why we’ve prepared a brief guide for kids’ breakfasts that will provide them with the necessary nutrients and wake them up for the morning classes!

With these 3 suggestions, your child will enjoy tasty and nutritious meals and will gradually develop the habit of choosing homemade, natural food over quick options like pastries or snacks.

Suggestion #1:

HOMEMADE OATMEAL WITH APPLE AND CINNAMON

Ingredients:

  • 30g FUN&FIT oats
  • 50-100ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • Grated apple
  • A handful of dried grapes
  • A handful of finely chopped walnuts
  • A pinch of cinnamon

In a small pot, heat a little water, then add the oats and egg. Cook the mixture over low heat until it reaches a pudding-like texture. Once the egg is cooked, add the milk, grated apple, and dried grapes.

Serve the oatmeal with chopped walnuts and cinnamon, and if desired, add a bit of homemade honey for extra flavor.

Suggestion #2:

CREAMY GRANOLA MEAL

Ingredients:

  • 150g Greek yogurt
  • 30g FUN&FIT granola of your choice
  • A handful of chopped almonds
  • Half a banana
  • A few pieces of chocolate

Pour the Greek yogurt into a bowl, add the granola, chopped almonds, banana slices, and grated chocolate.

MUESLI BARS

Ingredients:

  • 200g Nuts&Seeds FUN&FIT muesli
  • 200g dates
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Blend all the ingredients together, then press the mixture into a pan lined with parchment paper and refrigerate. After a few hours, the bars are ready!
