Whole grain cereals 60% (rice 50.5%, whole grain wheat flour 23%, sugar, rice flour, wheat gluten, wheat germ, skimmed milk powder, wheat starch, barley malt extract, salt, dough raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, vitamins (B1 (thiamin mononitrate), B2 (riboflavin), Niacin (nicotinamide), Pantothenic acid (calcium-D-pantotentate), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Folate (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), B12 (cyanocobalamin), iron (iron(III) pyrophosphate)), crunchy cereal flakes 25%, ( oat flakes 52%, extruded rice, unrefined brown sugar, olygo-fructose syrup, vegetable oil (palm, wheat flour, corn starch, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavouring, salt), candified cranberries 15% (cranberries, sugar). The product may contain traces of other cereals containing gluten, peanuts, soy, kernel fruits and sesame seeds.

Pour the serving or the desired amount of flakes from the bag. Add milk, yogurt, juice, non-dairy milk substitutes (almond/soy/oat/coconut milk) and more. Ready to consume after 2–3 minutes.
