Instructions for preparation
Add a little oil or butter to the boiling salted water. Then add the polenta (the proportion of polenta to water should be 1:4). Cook with gentle stirring for 2 minutes. Serve the polenta with the addition of sour cream, cream, yogurt or sour milk.
